1. How do I setup my Email in Microsoft Outlook?

Open Outlook, and on the Tools menu, click Accounts / E-mail accounts

In the Internet Accounts dialog box, click Add, and then Mail.

The Internet Connection Wizard will guide you through the account setup process.

Type of account = POP3

Your Name - Type your name as you would like it to appear on your outgoing mail.

Internet E-mail Address - In the E-mail Address box, type your full email address that you want to set up, e.g.: username@yourdomain.co.za

E-mail Server Names
- Set the incoming mail server type to POP3.

(POP3) and (SMTP) mail servers addresses -  Type the incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) addresses as supplied above.  E.g.: mail.yourdomain.co.za

Username and Password -  Type you
r full e-mail address as username and enter your supplied password in the spaces provided.*

***  Remember, your username and password are case-sensitive.

 

2. How do I setup my Email in Microsoft Outlook Express

When Outlook Express Starts click Tools -> Accounts

Inside the "Internet Accounts Windows" click Add -> Mail

Fill in your name as you would like it to appear on your outgoing mail. Click Next.

Fill in your new email address. Click Next. (Full address)

On the "Email Servers Name" page, select “POP3” as your incoming mail server."

*** The incoming and outgoing mail server should be mail.yourdomain.com. See supplied addresses above. Click Next

Add your full email address as username and also enter your supplied password in the fields supplied. Click Next

Click Finish.
